PLANNING YOUR EVENT
- Pick up the phone and give the team at Your Marquee a call, or alternatively complete our Enquiry Form. We will take the time to listen to your requirements and discuss any ideas we may have, to make your special day one to remember.
- We aim to respond to your initial enquiry within 48 hours and arrange a no obligation site visit or telephone meeting to discuss your requirements and to explain the services we can provide.
- Within 48 hours of receipt of your instructions, you will receive an initial budget quotation based on the information you have provided, this can be provided by email and/or mail format.
- Upon your approval of the initial quotation we will arrange for a member of our team to meet with you at the site on which the event is due to be held. Whilst on site we will work with you to create a marquee design which is best suited to your requirements and optimises the environment around it. We will also take this opportunity to take you through design options for the interior of the marquee, such as furniture and linings. Most importantly; this is the opportunity for you to meet with us and ask any questions/address any concerns you may have. It's your big day and we're here to help.
- Promptly after the site visit you will receive your personal quotation. Accompanying your personal quotation will be a site plan and an interior layout drawing (including tables, chairs, flooring etc) this will help you visualise the look and feel of the marquee in advance of your event. We will follow the personal quotation up with a courtesy call to talk you through the quotation. A member of our team is always on hand to discuss your requirements.
- Upon your instructions to proceed we would ask for a small booking fee to secure the marquee. Please note: we appreciate that circumstances can change so we do allow you to alter the specification of the marquee up to one week prior to the event.
- 2-4 weeks prior to the event we will contact you to make final arrangements for the erection of the marquee and answer any last minute questions you may have. However, please feel free to contact us at any time.
